Would you consider her psycho ?

a cousin of mine got married a few months back and is pregnant. Her husband and her inlaws treat her very badly. Her husband is emotionally and verbally abusive to the extreme degree. From what she has told me I believe that he is narcissist. She is having pregnancy sickness and the house work and no cooperation is taking a toll on her. 2 days back she and her husband had a fight he kept on telling her how useless she is and how he can very well survive without her and the un born babay and he went on to tell her that she means nothing to him. she tried to attempt suicide. but got into her sense and didn't hurt herself. now husband is telling everyone that she is a psycho ?
