How do I get rid of a facebook virus??!!!!!?

I opened an attachment that I thought was from a friend. It went on to post hundreds of wall posts to everyone of my friends!!!! I changed my pword, but it won't stop. I have temorarily deactivated my account, and ran virus detection on my computer and nothing came up! What do I do????
