One piece tire plug tool?

Does anybody remember or know where I can find the one piece tire plug tool that was sold by Cepek many years ago? It was a little one piece tool about 3 inches long with a gun style handle and a triangular shaft that was inserted into a bullet shaped tire plug about 1/2 inch long. It cost about $2 back when. Best tire plug tool I've ever had. I think they stopped selling because they were so inexpensive and durable. Would appreciate very much if anyone can help me find one.
