The thing is, if you are 450 lbs, just increasing the intake of foods you eat will not make you healthier. I all you eat is junk food all day, your malnourished, no matter your size. So if you just eat less, no matter how much weight you lose the problem still exists. You are just smaller. Get a personal trainer for the amount of money surgery would cost. "Pay someone to slap donuts out of your hands" as my mom would say.
