How to plug the piano into the computer so it creates the score?

I bought my sister the casio wk210 - she wanted a keyboard piano, so she could plug it into the computer, and her score would appear while she is playing. That way, if she was playing a song on the piano, instead of handwriting each note on paper, the computer would write it for her. Does anybody know what software I need to get in order to let the computer do this?
