My boyfriend's Ex! is besotted with him...?

What?!?! Okay, OBVIOUSLY he should not agree to one more night with her...he is with YOU. She is blackmailing him. He should block her number from his phone and potentially get a restraining order. He needs to put his foot down with her and tell her there is NO CHANCE of them getting back together. He should be worried about what you're feeling in all of this, not complaining about "the two of you"...he shouldn't be grouping you in with her. This whole situation is totally unacceptable.
