How do I charge my sony vaio laptop in Ukraine?

I'm going to Ukraine next week, and I have a sony vaio laptop, I don't really understand anything about european/US electricity conversions or anything, but I just wanted to know how I can charge my laptop in Ukraine (or any other country in europe) without damaging it, i know that they have more voltage in their electric currents, and I bought a radioshack transformer like 5 years ago, but it says that it can't be used with appliances that have higher than 50 watts power rating. Do I need to buy a european charger for sony vaio laptops? would that solve my problem??!? HELP!!!
