Can Saw Palmetto increase body hair?

The hair on my head is falling, but I am getting laser hair removal on my body, I want to use saw palmetto and biotin for the hair on my head but don't want the supplements to get in the way of the effectiveness of the laser treatment, would it help the follicles recover after laser treatment?
