Trying to follow a diet ! ..?

This diet is actually very unhealthy. You don't need to follow a certain diet, just keep an eye on what you eat and don't eat any one thing with more than 300 calories in it. If you want something spicy i suggest enchiladas as they are really yummy and only 160 calories per 1.
