Is there a crash course available in Bangalore where I can learn about tax, mutual funds etc.?

I am a science graduate and have no experience in dealing with personal finance as well. Would like to have working knowledge of mutual funds, stocks, shares, taxation and other investment types - just so that I can manage my personal financial portfolio. Just a short term or crash course in Bangalore. If you know of any, grateful if you will let me know. Thanks
