DODGE QUESTION!!! I already asked the question of why my '95 Dodge 4x4 (360,auto) began misbehaving.....?

It did the same on the way to the repair shop to get scanned. The tech said the computer indicated that all systems were in order. It did say "lean air fuel ratio #1". My fuel pressure was 36 lbs. Unfortunately, it didn't act up the whole time it was in the garage. On the way there it sputtered, backfired, and had no power at all as I drove on the shoulder at 1/4 of a mile per hour. After I left, it drove fine the whole five miles home. The tech said I could bring it back Monday whe he had more time...which I am going to do. I'm just trying to get some answers to dwell on. The lean air/ful part has me wondering.
